Dear Alex,

I hope you’re doing great. I’m writing to tell you that I’m organizing a surprise birthday party for our close friend Emma, and I really need your help to make it special.

The party will take place on Saturday, 12th November, at 7 p.m. at my apartment. I’ve already arranged the decorations and invited a few of her friends, but it would be wonderful if you could help me with the music and take some photos during the event. You’ve always had great taste in music, so I’m sure you can create a fun playlist that Emma will enjoy.

Please make sure to keep this a secret – Emma doesn’t know anything about it, and I want the surprise to be perfect. Let me know if you’re available and if you have any other ideas to make the evening more memorable.
