I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to tell you some exciting news – I’m planning a surprise birthday party for Emma next month, and I’d love your help to make it unforgettable.

The party will take place on Saturday, 14th December, starting at 6 p.m., at my house. I’ve already spoken to Emma’s sister, who will make sure Emma arrives without suspecting anything. I’m expecting around fifteen close friends, so it should be a cozy and fun evening.

I was wondering if you could take charge of decorations and music. You have such a great taste in both, and I think your creativity would really set the mood. I’ll handle the food and drinks myself, but if you could bring along a birthday cake – perhaps the chocolate one Emma loves – that would be perfect.

It would also be great if you could arrive an hour early to help me set everything up before Emma gets here. Let me know if this plan works for you, or if you have any other suggestions.
