hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to tell you about a surprise birthday party I’m organizing for [Birthday Person’s Name], and I’d love to have your help to make it special.

The party will be held on Saturday, November 16th, starting at 6:00 p.m. at my house. I’m planning to invite a few close friends and family members. We’ll have food, music, and a few fun games to make the evening lively.

I’d really appreciate your help with the decorations and food arrangements. Maybe you could help me get some balloons, banners, and snacks before the guests arrive. If you have a speaker or can make a good playlist, that would be perfect too!
