Dear Sam,

I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to ask about your assistance for planning a surprise birthday party for Raman.

As you know, Raman’s birthday is coming within few weeks. I am thinking about organising a surprise party for him. I need your help to do this. Furthermore, I think that April 24th would be a good date because it’s Sunday and 7 p.m. would be a great time as everyone will be free from their work. As for venue, kukies restaurant is a perfect place to celebrate a birthday party because of their best customer service.

In addition, because you have a good taste in music, I consider that you can take the responsibility of selecting best birthday songs. I will take care of other responsibilities, including decorations and cake. Moreover, we have been best buddies since childhood. Therefore, I want to make his special day even more special. I am pretty sure that with each other’s company, we can achieve this target.
