Dear lucy,

I hope you’re good and everything is fine. Sorry for bothering you, but I’m writing this letter because I might need your help for Tony’s birthday party.

I was thinking about making him a surprise, I have some ideas, but I would also like to receive your feedbacks and advise reganding this.

First of all let’s talk abot the location, my idea was to rent his favourite bar, so that we don’t have to think about the noises and we will not bother any neightboor, what do you think about?

For the food and drinks, I’ve already talked with the owner of the bar and he’s happy to help us preparing stuffs and also a big birthday cake, I was just wondering which flavour should we choose? Any suggestion?

Regarding the gift, last day, he told me that he would adore to have new things for his new hobby, running. So what do you think about buying him a new pair of shoes? Also specific equipment to running is not a bad idea, but anyways, let me know.

Last but not least, the program for the surprise: his mum will bring him to our location, anytime we decide, so I suggest to be there around 8 pm to prepare everything and make it fancy and Tony’s style.

We will have lots of fun, I’m 100% sure.
