In your letter explain how long you want to stay and that you want a double room ask for more information about the hotel facilities ask for recommendations of activities that you could do

Note: Both the topic and the answer were created by one of our users.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to enquire more about your hotel which I found online. I believe it would be suitable for me during my time in Paris, therefore I would appreciate to have more details.

I will be travelling to Paris by next month; I will be staying for two weeks from the 11th to the 25th of October. I would like to reserve a double room and your hotel looks most promising to me.

I would be please if you could inform me more about the facilities. However, I would particularly want to know if the hotel has a swimming pool and restaurant ? Additionally, do the double room has an effective cooling system as it will be very hot during that period per forecast ?

Finally, I would like to request for some recommendations for some activities that I could do while lugged in your hotel. Are they inside or outside of the hotel ?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Daniel EZE
