I am writing to request inform you that on December 26, Friday. I am planning to give surprise party for a close friend.In addition, I would planned to booked a private room in the evening from 6 P.m until at 10 p.m.

I would like to booked private room on the top floor.Wherever,it’s peaceful and comfortable place.Around 20 to 25 number of guests I was expected.Therefore, I need a big space and add more furnitures also.
