Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to address you about a birthday party for my close friend. Thereore, I require a personal room at your restaurant. If you provide me in according my date then I thank full for your support

Basically, I discussed with my other friends, then we finalized on 5th december which would be a great day. Although, I need a room at 3 pm sharp.

Besides this, we use traditional theme for our party, so you decorate the room as per theme then it can look perfect. Along with that, I organized party where I invited 50 blossom friends or may be 60 as I might expected to arrive at a moment.

Additionally, if you have any perticulam cuisine which is the best for this kind of function, but I also need vegetarian diet for this occasion as well as non alcoholic drinks.
