Dear sir,

My name is Mohamed Salem and I am one of the restaurant customers.

Actually, I am writing to you to let you know that I want to arrange a surprise birthday party for my friend.

It will be great if I can book the restaurant on Sunday 12th at 9 pm. I expected about six guests will be there.

Surely, I will be glad if you do some arrangements for the party, we want to make a plan for surprising him , for example some music and various types of drinks , in addition to I want to decorate the table well and we want a big cake for the birthday.

I appreciate your help in this matter.
