Dear Restaurant Manager,

I am writing to ask about the possibility of booking a part of your restaurant for a surprise birthday party for my close friend.

I am planning to hold the event on 25 March, from 6:00 p.m. to around 9:00 p.m. The date is flexible if the restaurant is not available at that time. We expect approximately 18 to 20 guests to attend the celebration.

I would also like to inform you that some guests have special dietary requirements. In particular, a few people are vegetarian, and one guest has a nut allergy. Therefore, I would appreciate it if suitable meal options could be provided. Additionally, I would like to ask whether it is possible to decorate the area and bring a birthday cake from outside.

Could you please let me know about availability, prices, and any conditions for booking? I look forward to your reply.
