Dear Restaurant Manager,

I am writing to arrange a surprise birthday dinner for my best friend at your restaurant. The dinner will be on Saturday, 10th January, at 7:00 pm, and there will be 8 guests attending.

Our budget is around $200, and we would like Italian cuisine for the dinner. We hope you can help us choose some dishes within this budget.

We have some special requests. We would like to have a birthday cake at the end of the dinner. It would be great if the restaurant could also provide some decorations, such as balloons or a “Happy Birthday” sign.
