Hello Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that i want to book your restaurant room on 1 November 2025 from 10 am to 3 pm. As i organize a party of my friends birthday.
On that party there will be around 50 guests join party.
I require flowers at the entery of the main gate. In rooms i need ballons and lighting apart from it a large table and crockery is also required on that day.
