I hope you’re in good health. I am writing this letter to inform you about the decision i have made regarding evacuating your appartment as a tenet.

As I discussed with you earlier that i had applied for a position as a faculty member in university of engineering and technology, Taxila. I recently recieved a mail from them stating that i have been appointed as an assistant professor, which means that I have to move to Taxila. My appointment is in two months which is a perfect time period because that allows me to give a 2 months notice before moving out. Moreover, i am hoping to recieve the refundable security fee of Rs 50000 so that i can arrange a place in the new city prior to shifting there to prevent myself from hassle. Let us discuss all these formalities over a cup of tea at my place. Furthermore, You can visit the appartment and inspect it by yourself.
