Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about apartments available for rent, as I have recently moved to your city for work and looking for suitable accommodation.

I am interested in reniting a one-bedroom furnished apartment with a separate kitchen and reliable internet access. It would also be preferable if the building had basic facilities such as parking and 24-hour security.

Ideally, I would like the apartment to be located close to the city center or within a sort commuting distance to the business district. My monthly budget is between $800 and $1000, including maintenance charges, if possible.

As I am currently staying in temporary accommodation, I would like to move into a new apartment withing the next two weeks. I would appreciate it if you could send me the details of my suitable properties, including photographs, rental terms, and information about the lease agreement.
