I am writing to inquire about available accommodation in your city, as I am planning to relocate for work in the near future. I will be starting a new job next month and therefore need to find suitable housing as soon as possible.

I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment or a small studio that is clean, safe, and fully furnished. It would be preferable if the apartment includes basic amenities such as a kitchen and internet access.

Ideally, I would like to live in a central area or close to public transportation, as my workplace will be located in the city center. My budget is approximately $500-$700 per month, including utilities, although I am open to discussing similar options within this range.

Could you please let me know about your agency fees and the process for viewing properties? I would also appreciate information on how soon viewings can be arranged and whether online viewings are available.
