Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to enquire about accommodation options in your city, as I will be relocating there next month for a new job opportunity.

I am looking for a one- or two-bedroom apartment, preferably fully furnished. It would be ideal if the apartment had a separate kitchen, reliable internet connection, and basic appliances such as a washing machine. As I will be working full-time, a quiet environment would be highly appreciated.

In terms of location, I would prefer a property that is close to the city centre or within easy reach of public transportation. Access to supermarkets and other essential facilities would also be convenient. Safety and a peaceful neighbourhood are very important to me.

Could you please provide information about the available properties that meet these requirements? I would also appreciate details regarding the monthly rent, deposit, and any additional costs such as utility bills or agency fees.
