Dear Real Estate Agent,

I am moving to Perth, Australia from Dhaka, Bangladesh on 2nd February, 2027. I am moving with my family. My family includes my husband, two children(one eleven years old and one five years old) and myself. I therefore please need a two bed room flat, which can be independent or in an apartment complex, costing AUD 500 per week at most. It will be better if the location is near Bunbury where my brother lives.

Please include the facilites present around the property, how far the metrorail is, if any, where the closest bus stops are, the type of school and proximity as well as the supershop for groceries.

I will be extremely grateful for your help. Please mention your fees with detailed breakdown and of any installment, if available.
