Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about your professional assistance in rental properties in your city. I have recently relocated to this city because of a new job opportunity and I am now seeking a suitable place to live. First of all, I would prefer a location in city centre, as it would be convenient for commuting to work and accessing to public trainsportation.

Regarding the type of accommodation, I am looking for a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment along with a balcony. My budget is approximately 800$ per month. I would appreciate it if you could send me some suitable options as soon as possible.
