Dear Ali,

I hope you will be fine. I want to share a good news with you that I got a fantastic opportunity in a very reputable company. Further excitement in this job is that my work location is in same city where you live – Jeddah. I have to travel to Jeddah in next 15 days. I need a favour from you to find a furnished studio apartment on rent to stay there temporary to familiarize myself with the new city environment.

I would prefer that my apartment should be in a quiet and calm area because I can’t sleep in a noisy surrounding. Furthermore, there should be some supermarket and grocery stores near my apartment to purchase the daily commodities. It will be good that if any walking track and park is situated at near my house because I am used to daily walk and exercise.

I shall be very thankful for your kind support to find out the appropriate apartment for me according to my requirement. We will sit together on my arrival at your city and will share our previous memories and about my job.
