Dear Phil,

I am writing this to explain my plan to move in your city for a new job opportunity.

Recently I graduated my bachelores degree in Accounts. I am looking for new opportunity to boost my career life. Due to employment crisis in my current city, I am struggling to get my field Job. Since your city is “city of Finance ” I would like to try my luck and move in to your Area. Moreover, one of my uncle offered me job in restaurent till the time I get my field Job.

According to my plan, I am planning to settle in your town in fifteen days .I want to come early and start doing my job hunt. I will be staying in my uncle’s house for first fifteen days and find a room to settle down close to my workplace.

I would appreciate if you can meet me in your spare time. In the mean time you can help me to find room and job as you are familiar to the city .
