Dear Mr. John,

I hope you are doing good. I had seen your advertisement on the website therefore, I am writing this letter to ask a few things about your rental property as I am planning a week-long holiday with my family.

Firstly, I want to book your place from 5th to 12th August, Is it available for these dates? We will be only 5 members who are coming to stay there. All of my family members are adult there will be no children with us.

Additionally, I wanted to know that what facilities we can avail there? Will we be having a seperate kitchen, parking area and any garden space ? As my family is quite concious about the comfort.

Furthermore, can you please guide me the procedure or any deposit required for the booking confirmation? As I need to do all the arrangements before hand.
