I am writing to you with regards to tell you, I am leaving the country for two months to improve my skills and to get new experience.

It will be very benefecial trip for my job. I am going to go to the mesuams connected with my field of activity. Also I am meeting our potential partners for discussion about general project. I will learn new work’s techniques and I am going to negotiate with partners about establishing our main office there to increase our seils. I assure you, this work trip will impact on our further relationships with this country.

In my absent, my responsibilities will be done by my colleagues in the best way. I don’t exaggerate, they are the best workers and they can overcome any obstacles.
