Dear Extinguished Guests,

I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing to you all to formally invite you to our easter African potluck coming up this April. The event is sure to be fun and very entertaining for all.

We’ll be hosting this event on the 21st of April 2026. The venue will be my house located at 29 Hillnilly street, Houston Texas. On this day the event will be held from 3pm to 7pm.

As you know, you are required to bring at minimum a single dish that can feed at least 3 people. The theme of the potluck is African, so make sure to bring your favorite African dishes for everyone to try. Plates, cutlery and drinks will be provided so just come with your delicious meals.

Moreover, all dishes should come along with an allergy list as some of our guests have peanut, fish and other allergies we may not be aware of.

I can’t wait to host you all and see all your wonderful faces.
