Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the upcoming project to increase the number of flights and expand the local airport.

As we know, our local airport is in the heart of the city. Due to this, traffic is heavy for the majority of the day, making it harder to commute near those areas. I live very close to the local airport. The plans to expand it will impact the place where I live. As published in your newspaper, they are going to use 5 acres of land on each side of the airport, which includes the area where I live.

There are a couple of reasons why this development will be problematic. Firstly, our houses will be demolished, and we will have to move to some unfamiliar location. Secondly, I will have to travel a lot each day in heavy traffic to get to work, which is very near to where I am living now. I hope you understand my problems.
