Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to ecpress dissatisfaction about customer service on telephone that I recently attended.

Firstly, I would like to explain about the situation. I bough item in online application, expecting everythind would go smoothly. However, when I received the produce, I was unable to the produce is broken because of delivery.This was were unexpexted and cause me a great deal of convenience. For example, The staff did not clear refund information and they spoke badly for me.

In addition, I was not satisfied with the staff callcenter, as they were unhelpful and did not act professionally. As a result, I felt very dissappointed.

I would appreciate it if you could refund item. If possible, please do this as soon as possible. Furthermore, I also suggest improving your service prevent this issue in the future. And my telephone number contact 028-888-8888, if needed.
