I am writing to ecpress dissatisfaction about customer service on telephone that I recently attended.
Firstly, I would like to explain about the situation. I bough item in online application, expecting everythind would go smoothly. However, when I received the produce, I was unable to the produce is broken because of delivery.This was were unexpexted and cause me a great deal of convenience. For example, The staff did not clear refund information and they spoke badly for me.
In addition, I was not satisfied with the staff callcenter, as they were unhelpful and did not act professionally. As a result, I felt very dissappointed.
