Dear Jane,

I am writing to let you know that i will not be able to attend an event and photosession that i booked with you. I would like to apologize for any inconveniece that it may cause.

The main reason for cancellation is that i need to leave the country unexpectedly. I was hospitalized last night and after the medical check, doctor arranged a surgery for me. Unfortunately this surgery can not be done here, since all the bookings are full and it needed to be done one month prior the operation.

I hope this will not cause any major issues for you and i am ready to compensate your losses. Let me know if there is any way that i can do this, I will do my best. Surely, I did not intend to cause any difficulties for you.
