I am writing to express my disappointment due to the last minute cancellation of your service.
I have requested your service for a family get together,which will be on tommorrow, 21st October.I have booked prior to one month;however,I felt extreamely disapointed as you informed your unavailability just few hours before the event.
In fact,we decided to organize this reunion as we haven’t gathered together for the past two years,therefore,I would like to capture all the memories and moments with my loved ones. Neverthless,your action has impacted our program significantly as we haven’t sure about other alternative options yet.Moreover,it will be very difficult to find a photographer at this moment as we have only one night.
Since I have payed you full amount,I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible and I would appreciate if you could suggest any photographers who you may know from your contacts,that would be a great help for as.
