Hello ,

I have a reservation for the weekend from 11/21- 11/23 in the name of Robert Johson.

Due to unforseen circumstances, I request you to cancel my reservation. My father is not doing well so we need to cancel and change our plans. I apologize for such a last minute notice. I would really appreciate if you could consider and hopefully refund the amount. If that is not possible please help reschedule to another date.
