Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding parking at work place because I am having this problem on daily basis. I hope you will consider my situation seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

Let me explain the situation. I cannot find any empty parking space for my car each morning because some random people park their cars in our office premises to buy some eating stuff, such as coffee and food. Then, I have to wait for around 10-15 minutes so that if someone moves his car, I can park over there, and this way I start late in the office and this is impacting my performance immensely.

Would you kindly have some conversation with security guard on this matter? There should be stringent restrictions on parking and only office staff should be allowed to park in office area. If outside people leave their cars there without permission, either a ticket should be issued to them or the vehicle should be towed.
