Dear Mr. Chris,

I am writing to inform you of some suggestions for your college cafeteria, which I often visit during my lunchtime.

What impressed me about your café is that it has a breathtaking view, as it overlooks well-known mountains, which also allows the customers to enjoy the scenery uninterruptedly. On top of that, it is particularly eco-friendly and time-efficient, as the menus offer health-based foods and they are served quickly.

Unfortunately, I have to tell you that there are still several things that should be improved, such as the slippery floor and the tranquility. These particular things can be truly inconvenient for many consumers, as they might slip as well as get bored.

I would like to suggest that you should employ someone to take care of the floor or change the tiles to a carpet. Plus, to make it even more engaging, you can also play some music to help them relax during breaks.
