Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my appreciation for the service provided in our college cafeteria and to offer some suggestions for future improvements.
Firstly, let me compliment on not only the quality of food, but also a wide variety of dishes available to academic staff and students. The distinguish treat of the meals is homemade taste. However, what impresses me more is that all members of the canteen team follow the safety rules. I noticed that they wear disposable gloves, special hats, and white robes in order to prevent food contamination.
Nevertheless, there are some points need to be improved. The most concerning issue is the lack of tables and chairs for visitors, which leads to spending time on searching the place to enjoy lunch. I also care about the rubbish left after dining time, which is accumulating because of overflowing trash bins.
To address these issues, I would offer to repair dining room and expand the place to accommodate as many visitors as it possible. Additionally, some measure should be taken to prevent trash accumulation, like refusing single-use tableware and hiring a person who would put the cleanliness under control. I believe that a renewed canteen with new furniture and an eco-friendly atmosphere should become more attractive for visitors both from our college and outside.
