I am writing to complain about the hotel. I stayed at while attending a seminar in a foreign country.

Last week, I have stayed your country in your hotel. It was expensive and good designed. There were lots of rooms, and they were cozy. However, there were several issues like , lake of equipments and faulty instruments. For instance, shower was broken and it was uncomfortable and poor.

In my opinion, if you improve your services everything would be better. You should repair your equipments or replace them . You may create new opportunities like improve restaurant, swimming pool.
