Dear Glen,

I hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to inform you about the issue which I have been facing from last week in my apartment.

I noticed a week before that in my kitchen, a pipe is leaking underneath the sink. I tried to fix it by tightening it several times and gorilla glue. However, this problem is becoming worse and my kitchen started smelling foul.

It seems like valves are loose and it should be replaced in order to fix this problem permanently. It would really appreciate if you could come to see this and make a clear judgement regarding issue as I might be wrong here.

I hope you can understand this problem and help me to rectify it on urgent basis because it is difficult to use kitchen with this existing issue.
