Dear Sir or Madam,
The letter has been registered with the purpose of apologizing for constraint and shedding light on reasons of this mistake
I am Paul Jones who have booked to London for tour recently. Due to absence tickets for 26th April, I am going to fly on 27th April. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not able to take the excursion. I apologize for any frustration this may have caused some inconveniences
To be specific about the reason, it was a delay of 5 days that will prevent me to take a trip. In other words, according to my personal plan, I will supposed to take tour on time, but launching my university exams suddenly will serve as a main obstacle for me to do so causing me to miss the tour on the day.
Possessing responsibility escalates productivity of work and compels to anybody to bolster their duty in person life. If I have a bit irresponsibility for the plight, I would like to express my deepest apologies.
In the last sentence of my apology, I speculate that it can be made take the meaning of the letter with forgiving and honestly, I remark my confusion again once more by heart.
Yours faithfully,
Paul Jones.
