Hope you guys are doing great. I am writing this letter to remind you guys that I have done all the arrangements for our travel together. I have also done an accommodation for ourselves.
As we have discussed earlier that we will go to the outskirt for a week, once you guys arrive in my town. There are so many places to visit and to explore things, outskirt is almost covered with green mountains and lakes which is very good for camping. Although, there are small rest rooms available, which are very cheap and very good. I have already done the bookings because at night there is too much cold on mountains, so we need to have rest room to cover ourselves from the cold, we cannot do camping over night on mountains.
As, we are going to the mountains, it means that we will be hiking almost every time, so you guys need to bring hiking equipment along with you and also bring small medical kit in case of any emergency. Besides these, I have done all other arrangements.
