Dear Grandmother,

I hope you are doing well. I am so sorry that I didn’t get in touch with you sooner.

I have been catching up and dealing with my studies, projects, and examinations lately. I also just passed the interview for my internship in Human resources department at Windsor hotel. Last month was hectic. I was so stressed and frustrated at the same time. All of the responsibilities were overwhelming for me. However, the time has passed. I finally have some free time to spend aside from studying.

Since I am on a term break and I have a gap before starting my internship role, I will be able to visit you, grandpa, dad, and mama next week. I’ll be arriving Sydney on 24th of May, 2024 at 08.00 am. Please do not worry about picking me up at the airport. My friend, Dalia, will be the one who come and pick me up instead because I need to discuss some projects with her.

Until then, please stay safe and healthy. It’s probably getting colder there, so please make sure you wear warm clothes.
