Dear grandmother,

I am writing this letter to apologizes to you for not getting in touch with you earlier and I won’t be able to come your place and meet you due to my hectic schedule because of my studies.

Let me tell you in details I’m working almost 15 hours for my studies as i have to complete many projects and the group assignments in order to achieve the best grades in all the courses. Besides studies, i also have a part time job, 10 hours a week. Owing this, I moved last week from my old apartment to new basement area which allows to save more time as it is more closer to both my college and my workplace.

After completing this semester, I’ll get 15 days time off from the studies till next semester starts. If it is okay with you I’ll be more than happy to visit and say hello to everyone.

I’m eagerly waiting for your reply.
