Dear Aleena,

I hope this letter finds you well. I got a problem with internet service at my home, so could you help me please? I really confused with this issues because I don’t know anything about it. I have tried it by myself and the results are nothing.

I think I have to explain for you, last nigh suddenly connections was bad, it can’t connect anything like watsApp, instagram or even the landline phone can’t work. When I use it, it always exits couldn’t connect, I don’t know what happened. Did you know almost two days this problem occurs but firstly happened in midnight until now.

Perhaps if you fix it will be better, You could check the cables or everything that make connections was bad, you could check what problem is and also looking another place around my home. I hope you can fix it as soon as possible.
