On April 3rd, I purchased a new mobile phone from your branch which is located in Fergana. Moreover, I often bought some devices from your shop since your shop’s employees are friendly talking with customers and customer service is well-organized.
However, my mobile phone which I bought from your shop. It was not working properly, when I arrived at home and after a few days, the first time, I tried to use it but it did not work since it did not have a processor that provided working. For this reason, I called the manager who works in your shop as a manager of issues customers, and he told me that they will repair it.
I would like you to repair it, as soon as possible or replace other devices such as iPhone 16 or Samsung S25 as their cost is suitable with it.
I kindly request that you address this matter without delay and keep me informed of steps being taken to resolve it. I trust that your efforts will lead to a satisfactory outcome.
