I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the outfit that I purchased from your branch in Colorado online last week and ask you to replace it with a new one as soon as possible.
I am a regular customer of your brand and check your website regularly. In your summer sale, I ordered a pink sweatshirt from your new collection online at half price (25 dollars).
However, when I received my order today and tried it on, I found out that there is a problem with the zipper and it does not close properly. Moreover, I found a small tear on the left pocket. I have attached the photos.
I was really disappointed with my purchase and am writing to notify you of the problem. I wanted to kindly ask you to replace my sweatshirt with a new one urgently, because I am planning to participate in a running competition in three days, in which I will need this sweatshirt. I ordered this clothing last week, considering your two-week delivery period, and I would be greatful if you could replace this as soon as possible.
I am looking forward to your response and would appreciate your prompt action to rectify this situation.
