Dear John,

I am writing to let you know that I leave my current job and search different job opportunities in different working area.

The first reason why I took this decision is not getting along my collegues and boss well. I realised that have a serious communication problem with them, we can not be a team and our cooperation not very strongful. The second reason is that I do not have any opportunity to get both a higher job position and higher salary so I needed to change firm I work. In fact, I have been thinking about begin new challenges in my business life. I have worked as site engineer on site for 3 years and now I intend to experience as Project desinger as well. Perhaps different companies working on various designs might improve my job skills.

What would you recommend me if you were me? Should I be more patient in the current or launch a new adventure in my working life?
