Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention that the Greenfield Lake has been polluted by the newly built ETC Toy factory, and I would like to raise this concern for the council to take action.

Last Monday, my family and I decided to go fishing at Greenfield Lake near my home when we noticed that the clear water had now turned into a black-greenish color.

We found out that the ETC Toy Factory’s waste pipe was connected to the lake and was leaking some chemicals into it, making the water polluted.

I suggest that the council look into it, as the factory may have been violating some of the environmental regulations and find an alternative solution for disposing of waste properly.
