Dear John,

I hope you are doing good in Toronto, I am writing this letter to you regarding the parking issue which we have been facing in community.

To begin with, I have been trying to reach out to you multiple times in couple of months when you were in Ottawa, but I was not able to meet you. Our community is facing the parking issue due to street side parking as you usually visit Ottawa in every few months, but your car always parked infront of community garden. Last week, loan remover has complaint against your car for parking next to entrance of the park. Sometimes, children also find difficulty to enter with their bikes.

People from community have decided to tow the car, but as a respectable member of the community I am informing you to park your car far end of the park, which is the safe palce from teenager’s playground as well. Please let me know the next date of visit, So, I can ask people to wait until you come back and park somewhere else.
