Dear Mr Robin,

I am writing to you to express my dissatifaction about the damage that the mango tree at the front of your yard has caused me and my family.

At the beginning of the week my wife and i got back from work and we found out that the front glass of my truck has been broken. This was apparently caused by the mangos that dropped from the tree. There has been many occurences like this but this has the highest financial damage.

This tree has caused a lot of damage to my property, and it has been ongoing for five years now. I have made several complains to your wife but i am not sure she gets my messages accross to you, seeing that you are always away because of work.

I would like that you kindly cut off the tree for a permanent fix or reduce the size of the tree for a temporary solution. However, I would prefer a permanent solution to this.

Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to an immediate response and fix to this.
