Dear Mr.ABC,

I hope you are doing well. I’m writing to you today because i wanted to discuss about a small issue i have been having recently.

For the past few weeks,your dog has been barking late at night over my driveway which is making difficult for me and my family to sleep peacefully. While I understand that such things happens,it has become a bit of a challenge because it’s waking up my toddler.

All this started since last month,before that i don’t have any problem with your dog .In fact ,i am very fond of dogs.

I would really appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9pm or lock into some training for the dog.I value having you as a neighbour and i am sure we can find a way to resolve this easily. If you would like to discuss this in person,please let me know.
