Dear Sir,
My name is Sarah Johnson, and I hope this letter finds you well. As my bank manager for over ten years, I would like to call your attention to the credit card statement that was sent to me. It contains a number of items that was not purchased by me.
The items were expensive, and above my pay monthly that I would not think of buying a Patek Phillipine watch, a Gucci scarf and the latest Birkin bag. The dates on them collides with when there was a curfew, and no one was outdoor. During that time, last month, I was working a fourteen hours shift remotely from my home libary, spending the rest of the day with my family.
This has never happened before, and I would like you to fix the problem by calling the store where all the purchases were made for further enquirers of the buyer.
I look forward to your prompt response, thank you.
Yours Sincerely,
Sarah Johnson.
