Dear Sarah,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m excited to tell you that I’ve recently moved into a new house, and I’d love for you to come to my housewarming party.

My new home is located in Green Valley, just a ten-minute walk from the central bus station. It is a spacious two-storey house with three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a bright living room, and a lovely garden. The neighbourhood is peaceful and has several parks and cafés nearby, so I’m sure you’ll enjoy visiting.

I’m hosting the housewarming party on Saturday, 18 July, starting at 5:00 p.m. We’ll have a barbecue, music, games, and plenty of delicious food and drinks. If possible, could you bring your guitar? Everyone always enjoys your music, and it would make the evening even more special.

It would mean a lot to have you there. Please let me know if you can come. I’m really looking forward to catching up and showing you my new home.
