Dear Sam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to invite you to a housewarming party to celebrate my move into my new apartment.

The party will take place next Saturday, July 11th, starting at 7:30 PM. I am really looking forward to showing you the place, and we will have plenty of food, music, and drinks to enjoy throughout the evening.

Getting to my new home is quite straightforward. If you are driving from the city centre, take the main highway towards the North Suburbs and exit at Junction 14. From there, take the second left onto Oak Avenue, and my building, Riverside Towers, will be on your right-hand side. There is plenty of visitor parking available at the front. Alternatively, if you take the subway, get off at Central Station, which is just a five-minute walk from my doorstep.

You do not need to bring any food or drinks, as I have already arranged the catering. However, it would be wonderful if you could bring a few of your favourite board games so we can play them later in the evening.Please let me know if you can make it by this Wednesday.
