Dear Priya,

I hope you are doing well. I have some exciting news to share! My family and I have recently moved into a new house, and I would love for you to come to our housewarming party.

Our new house is located in Green Park, near the City Shopping Mall. It is in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of trees and parks nearby.

The house is spacious and beautiful. It has three bedrooms, a large living room, a modern kitchen, and a lovely garden where we can sit and relax. I really like my new room because it has a balcony with a nice view.

The housewarming party will be held on Sunday, 19th July, at 5:00 p.m. We have planned games, music, and a delicious dinner for everyone. If possible, please bring a small indoor plant as a gift. It will remind me of our friendship every time I see it.

I hope you can make it. It will be wonderful to celebrate this special occasion with you. Please let me know if you are coming.
