Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a mobile phone which I have bought recently. I must complain about the product and service of your company. Firstly, it was written that your company delivers purchased products to their homes, and I believed in this type of service. However, in spite of the fact that there are a great deal of complaints, after being informed that my product is prepared, I got a message with a location of a branch, and I had to take it from the branch myself.
Then, after using the mobile phone for three hours, it started lagging, and it was impossible to use it. However, it was written that it is the best mobile phone among other ones. I demand a full compensation, and I hope that I will not be forced to take further action.
I hope that the quality of service and products will be developed. Even though I will never buy something on your company.
